Talk about things to do in Fort Smith! The 2016 Peacemaker Music & Arts Festival will take place on July 29th and 30th! As highlighted in their mission statement, the festival strives to bring “a diverse cultural, musical, and art experience to Downtown Fort Smith.”  This year’s festival attendees will enjoy musical acts ranging from country, bluegrass, gospel and blues genres and local artwork including paintings, drawings, handmade jewelry, sculptures and more.

Tickets for the festival go on sale March 18th at 9am and are worth purchasing early! Two-day passes at the early bird price are only $29 and $49 after the special.  Two-day passes purchased at the gate will be $69.  Single day passes are $19 (early bird registration), $29 if purchased before the event and $39 at the gate. This year’s event will also include VIP tickets priced from $149 to $199 that include access to a cash bar, special parking and a “Peacemaker Swag” bag.
