We will get the opportunity to view Phillip's award winning short documentary, “I Am We” about local Fort Smith artist, Ryan Starkey, and his visually stunning short film featuring images of Fort Smith. After the viewing, Phillip will be on hand to answer your questions.
The center will promote a positive environment for special needs children/adults by allowing them to participate in the same activities as their peers.
