In celebration of Fort Smith's Bicentennial, Mrs. Bonneville will be hosting a "homecoming" vintage tea party. Mr. & Mrs. Judge Parker will be the guest of honor and will provide a short reading of the new book "My City is a Fort" by Kathy Watson.
