Featuring Domestic and Craft beers
The first annual Bordertown Brew Fest will be held in the Harry E. Kelley Riverpark the afternoon and evening of July 9, 2016. This fundraising event is a production of 64.6 Downtown and will become “another reason to come downtown” by offering a sampling of craft and domestic beers provided by the Glidewell, Burford and Bell Pointe Distributors. The festival will feature live music on the main stage, food trucks, and product displays from area outdoor lifestyle companies.
Partnering in the presentation of this festival will be members of FORT (Friends of Recreational Trails). Various outdoor lifestyle vendors will be participating and demonstrating their products and offering tips for a healthier and active lifestyle.
Designated profits from the event will be donated to with Park Partners, a non-profit, for the continuation of trails in our city.
SPONSORSHIPS & BENEFITS
Sponsorship levels – cash and in-kind – for 2016 are as follows:
Trail Master Presenting Sponsors: $5,000
Entitles sponsor to receive 10 entry wrist bands, name and logo representation on all print and online promotions, and park entry sponsor signage. Name on apparel and other merchandise when possible. Sponsor name will be included with the donation check presentation to F.O.R.T and Park Partners
Trail Patron Sponsors: $2,500
Entitles sponsor to 5 entry wrist bands, name and logo on online promotions, and park entry sponsor signage.
Friends of the Trails: $1,000 or less
Entitles sponsor to 2 entry wrist bands and name and logo on park entry signage and website.
VIP Tent: $1,500
Entitles sponsor name recognition on tent, 4 VIP wrist bands, back stage access, name and logo on park entry signage and website.
