Qualifications for TTDIFS:
The Event MUST…
1) …be a form of entertainment. (Yard sales, bake sales, rummage sales, and car washes do not qualify as ‘things to do”…unless Blake Shelton makes an appearance to boost sales, in which case we’ll make an exception.)
2) …attract a broad appeal of interest. Sally’s knitting club, yes, could be considered “things to do” and even entertaining (especially when Sally gets on the bottle) but does it have a broad appeal? Probably not. But, state your case, Sally. Tell us why you should make the cut. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
3) …be FUN! (Fundraisers can qualify but must be a “FUN”draiser! – Workshops, seminars, lectures, and poker runs must pass through the TTDIFS team of analyzers before making it on the page.) Consider purchasing an ad to be featured on our page to promote an event that might not meet our qualifications (please note, a minimum of 3 months must be pre-paid to do this).
4) …be PUBLIC EVENTS: All events must be open to the public. Invitation/member-only events will not be accepted.
Yes: Festivals, concerts, fairs, carnivals, rodeos, plays/performances, live shows, parades, craft fairs
No: Backyard BBQ’s to raise money for the “building” fund (#Steve Harvey), a car wash to send Little Johnny to the baseball all-star international world-series game in Japan, yard sales, rummage sales, flea markets…
**All events will be reviewed and, if accepted, posted within 24-48 hours. TTDIFS reserves the right to revise, reject or cancel, in whole or in part, any listing for any reason. Please contact the site administrator at email@example.com if you have questions about these guidelines or the event submission process.
