Vitality Yoga is bringing yoga for stress and anxiety to Ft. Smith! Join Jessica Fowler, psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and trauma informed yoga therapist for this 2 hour workshop.

– Stress reduction techniques
– Self regulation techniques
– Understanding the body’s physical stress response
– Lifestyle and daily self care education
– 1 hour yoga yoga for anxiety practice incorporating postures and breath aimed at relaxing the physical effects of stress on the body
